Help Us Welcome Joe Pickett to The Wolf Hotel and Saratoga, Wy!
Fans of Joe Pickett know that The Disappeared, was released in March, 2018.
And fans of Saratoga, WY and The Hotel Wolf will especially enjoy Joe Pickett's Disappeared exploits, because Saratoga and The Hotel Wolf serve as Joe's home base for this novel. Box, a number one NY Times bestselling author of 22 novels, is a longtime resident of the Platte Valley, and has lived in Saratoga himself. If you've spent time in the Platte Valley you will recognize some of the locations for this adventure. And you may even find a few familiar faces on some of the pages.

Room 9
In the novel, Joe Pickett occupies Room #9 at the Hotel Wolf. In honor of his time here, the Hotel will now recognize Room #9 as the "Joe Pickett Room," complete with a plaque.
Hotel owner Kathleen Campbell says that many of the rooms are being updated this year, but here's Room #9 as it appears now -- alas, without the famous Mr. Pickett in sight.
The photo on the right shows hotel owner Doug Campbell and the newly installed plaque.
